I’m Arti.For most of my adult life, I thought I was healthy because I was slim and had a normal BMI.At 36, a health check revealed that despite my normal BMI, my body fat % fell into the obesity range for women and my muscle mass was low, leaving me metabolically unfit.That was my wake up call.I started taking my health seriously, but despite eating “healthy” and working out, I still felt stuck.That’s when I realised sustainable fat loss goes far beyond just weight, food, and workouts.I built ArtFit for women who feel like they’re doing everything right but their body still isn’t responding.I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, but more than anything, I’ve lived this myself.
